Welcome to the Pennsylvania Lumber Museum's Web Site. The Museum preserves and interprets the colorful heritage of the Commonwealth's prosperous lumber era when white pine and hemlock were the wealth of the nation.

Take a tour of the grounds where a 1912 Shay-geared logging locomotive, Barnhart Log Loader, Brookville locomotive and restored CCC Cabin are on display. Experience the rugged lifestyle of the woodhicks in our re-created logging camp. Watch our sawmill turn logs into lumber by joining us during the thirty eighth annual event of Bark Peelers' Convention on July 6 & 7, 2013.

The Heritage Days Antique and Collectables Show and Sale Spring 2013 is April 13, 2013 at Pine Creek Inn, Fall 2013 is October 12 & 13, 2013 at museum, time is 10:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. There will be door prizes, great food, plenty of parking and lots of great antiques and collectibles.
